Oh the blankness of it all

I see the blank page again and all my thoughts go out the window. I need pre-writing in here so it doesn't seem so blank. But then that wouldn't make any sense whatsoever. If only I had one of those things were I could talk into it and then ... it would ... type ... hmmm. I know my wife and parents are thinking, "If you would call, then you wouldn't have to type your thoughts."

Burn on me. However, since I burned myself before you guys could, I'm still good.

I had to make another trip out to Camp Cobra last night. It was ... well, boring. The trip itself was exciting, as usual. Anytime driving through Kabul is exciting. This place is full of the dumbest and craziest stuff I have seen. My mission was downright boring though, but that is what I do. Boring stuff.

This morning I awoke to another four inches of snow on the ground. Guess what? 12 hours later and its still snowing. What a surprise, huh? Welcome to Afghanistan.

Tomorrow's another day and I am not afraid. So bring on the rain...er, snow.

Almost home, that's all I know.
